Laughter is great for the body and soul! In this high paced world, we sometimes get too busy and wrapped up in life’s obligations, to remember to have fun and LAUGH. Comedy is one of the many tools I use as a distraction from my pain. It gives me a bit of a mental break and helps me divert some attention toward something positive!
